Q: How soon can I pick up my package?
A: We, of all people, understand the urgency of fashion! Although, it is always a good idea to wait for the order confirmation before going to pick up your order. We do need some time to assemble your order.
Q: Should I call once I place the order?
A: We will contact you once we have confirmed the order and location pickups. BUT we always love to hear from you, so feel free to call us with any questions.
Q: Can I expedite an order?
A: We aim to please, so please let us know if there is a level of urgency needed. We will do what we can to exceed your expectations. You can note this in the comment field of your order or just call/email us.
Q: I have placed an order but won't be able to pick it up for several days. Is this a problem?
A: No problem. Your order has been secured and will gladly keep it company until you are able to pick it up.
